Welcome to WeBridge FM. We are Stephan and Carlo. With a wide range of experience in Facility Management at all levels, we have worked on both the customer- and provider side, in various industries.

Our vision

As reliable partner, zwe are the connecting force that makes the difference within Facility Management. Because we work on solutions together with all stakeholders, they are proudly supported by everyone. This allows us to make a real impactthat goes beyond solving problems: we create a shared basis for growth, collaboration and success within Facility Management.

Our approach

At WeBridge FM we go further than a standard approach. Every organization is unique and that is why we provide tailor-made solutions. As bridge builders, we stimulate collaborations between organizations, teams and people in a creative, interactive and open manner. We make a difference by working together in an involved and open manner at all levels.

Our story

We have both been active in the FM field for over 20 years. We worked in various industries and in different types of companies and corporate cultures. We held roles at different levels and worked on both the customer- and provider sides.
In 2018, we both started our Master’s degree in Facility Management at LJMU in Liverpool out of the need to broaden our horizons and deepen our knowledge. That’s where we got to know each other.

The lectures and assignments deepened our insights. The challenges of writing our individual thesis and the mutual support we received, forged our bond. This bond was further strengthened by all the adventures in the vibrant city.

After graduating in 2020, our close bond continued, and we looked for a way to make maximum use of all the knowledge and experience gained. We wanted to further help organizations develop sustainable and valuable Facility Management activities.
